We try very hard to make sure our pricing is fair and easy to understand. We think it is important to customize our services to fit your needs and to only charge you for the items you want. The prices on your estimate are only guaranteed for ten days. Technicare cannot be held responsible for any damages prior to work being done. All work is done to the best of the technician's professional ability and cannot be held responsible if results do not come out as expected after the completion of the technician's duties. If colors fade over time Technicare cannot be held responsible for any damages.
48 hour cancellation policy: Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we ask that you give at least a 48 hour notice. When a customer cancels an appointment we give another customer the opportunity to schedule in their place. In doing so we try to give the customer the courtesy of a 48 hour notice of the scheduling opportunity. Any cancellation within 48 hours may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen, in these cases please call to reschedule as soon as possible.
Single Coat One Year Limited Guarantee
Technicare uses the highest quality commercial grade epoxies to ensure the lowest possibility of epoxy failure. If you have any issues with peeling or tire pick-up within one year of the date of installation, due to normal usage, Technicare will promptly correct the issue at no cost to you. Technicare cannot be held responsible for any blistering or peeling due to hydrostatic pressure or underground water pressure, the settling or shifting of concrete slabs, uneven fading due to exposure to sunlight, misuse, abuse or any other unforeseeable or improper condition.
TECHNICARE'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED IN LAW OR FACT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL TECHNIARE BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES. THIS WARRANTY IS NON-TRANSFERABLE.
