Ultrasonic Blind Cleaning Waiver
48 hour cancellation policy: Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we ask that you give at least a 48 hour notice. When a customer cancels an appointment we give another customer the opportunity to schedule in their place. In doing so we try to give the customer the courtesy of a 48 hour notice of the scheduling opportunity. Any cancellation within 48 hours may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen, in these cases please call to reschedule as soon as possible.
This disclaimer is designed for when you are unable to be home at the time of pick up of your blinds for cleaning. This form must be submitted before services are performed.
Blind Cleaning Waiver
Technicare will provide all services specified in your estimate/contract in a professional and responsible manner and will carefully accomplish the itemized work promptly and effectively. Ultrasonic Blind Cleaning is better than any alternative method of cleaning blinds and is not perfect.
Technicare will not be responsible for any preexisting conditions or damage due to rust, oxidation, corrosion, old dried out paint, rotted cords, worn lattice, bent slats, sun rot, salt air damage, pitting, peeling, shrinkage, color fading, etc, or any damage beyond our control. This includes damage that is not visible. No one method cleans all items with the same results. An apparent color difference may occur on the same item due to light exposure and/or other circumstances. Technicare accepts no responsibility for defective, misused or abused items, nor for improper installation. Technicare shall not be responsible for the replacement or repair of any item serviced and reserves the right to advise customers when their items are obsolete and non-repairable. Technicare will not be liable for reinstallation of mountings by anyone other than Technicare. Any material, work, repairs or handling in addition to that specified in your estimate/contract must be paid for as extras.
The provisions herein set forth shall become part of any independent agreement made between the customer and Technicare in connection with work authorized by this contract.
All prices quoted are valid for ten (10) days unless otherwise stated in writing.
A "Documentation of Pre-existing Conditions" will be filled out at the time of "pick-up".
