$99 Window Cleaning Special
The $99 Window Cleaning Special Includes the cleaning of the outside of up to 30 standard residential windows. A standard residential window is 15 sq. ft. or less, 2 or less panes of glass, 1st or 2nd story. The total number of second story windows should not exceed 15 windows.
Examples of windows that are not standard include but are not limited to skylights, French doors, true divided light windows, stained glass, leaded windows, unfinished basement windows, storm windows and windows above the 2nd story or windows above the first floor above a walkout basement.
The cleaning or removal of screens is not included, please remove screens before your appointment. You may opt to have us clean your screens for an additional charge. If you have more than 30 windows or you have non-standard windows we would be happy to provide you with a free estimate. Travel charges may apply. Minimums and other restrictions apply.
