“AWESOME service!!! EXCELLENT work!!! This company is all about customer satisfaction! Jay, Jay and Jim arrived exactly as expected, they described the work that was to be performed and got to work. They carefully moved items in order to get to the windows and replaced everything EXACTLY as it was before they moved it. The respect they show for the customers belongings is just unbelievable. Each and every one of them were polite, easy to talk with and did a fantastic job. We have very tall windows and there is no way that we could do the job that they did!! I know that it seems outlandish to spend money on window cleaning - but it is worth every penny. I will continue to use Technicare for as many services as I can. They "get it."

“Two men did the job in 3 hours. They arrived 20 minutes early so I was still finishing vacuuming, but they didn't care - & in fact agreed to clean our sofa with the extra time they had, which had not been on the original work order. They put furniture either on blocks or put plastic guards underneath feet. They were very thorough, spent extra time trying to get the sofa as clean as possible, and went back over stains until they were gone. One particularly persistent stain still showed when the carpet was wet, but once it dried it was impossible to see. The men were friendly, explained everything well, & were careful to protect our wood floor & door frames where their equipment was. Before they left they also gave us an estimate for window cleaning and duct cleaning. We were very happy with their level of service!”

“Very well. This was the second time I have hired Technicare to clean our carpets. We have two Labrador Retrievers and they spend a lot of time on the living room carpet. Technicare always does a great job of getting the carpets clean and fresh smelling. They were scheduled to arrive between 11 am and 1 pm. Arrival time was 11:25 am. Departure was 12 noon. I left the house with the dogs at 12:15 pm. I left the furnace fan and the ceiling fan running. When I returned at 5 pm all the carpets were dry. After returning a few items to the living room and dining room, I was ready to entertain guests at 6:30 pm for a family dinner. I was very pleased.”

They let me know that all the gutters did not have to be cleaned, therefore lowering my overall bill. They took the time to point out windows with broken seals, which needed repair, explaining the rational for doing so, although their company doesn't do that type of work. The task was completed, as quickly and quietly as possible. The end result is terrific.”
